Least the Hair Is Gone
This is a really considerate request. Her hair was all in her fiancé's face, the girlfriend in this picture noted. So she just asked that a few strands be removed so that she might be seen clearly. She instead developed an oddly disproportionately small neck. It does the same thing, we guess, but really it seems like it would have required a lot more effort than shaving some hair.
Again, we could be mistaken as we couldn't use Photoshop to save our lives. Though it looks a bit strange, this could have really been the simpler and faster fix.
