Red foxes are cunning and smart animals. Unfortunately, the rescuers did not see the mother during the night.

Western European Fox

Although there are some Arctic foxes in northern Scandinavia and a number of corsac foxes that extend into European Russia, the red fox is the only fox native to Western Europe. As well as being different in size from other foxes, red foxes are the largest of all true foxes.
